Activation rules
Device names must be unique. POS, kiosk, kitchen display, front desk, and dispatch roles all respect add-on rules before activation or reactivation succeeds.
Venue activation codes
Each venue keeps its own activation code. Share only the right code with the right screen or terminal.
Payment devices
Register QR checkouts, card readers, and kiosk readers here. Pair them to POS or kiosk screens so electronic payments stay tied to the right venue device.
Electronic payment rules
POS can still take cash, but kiosk and online remain electronic-only. Electronic POS and kiosk flows should be paired to a payment device so attempts, settlement, and audit trail stay tied to the right hardware.

This gives the owner or manager a quick look at how POS, kiosk, and online payment attempts are flowing through the venue.
