Credit & debit notes
Credit notes reduce what you owe the supplier. Debit notes increase payable (e.g. additional charges).
Staff Management
Team members for your company or venue. Owners and admins can add accounts; managers with full company access can too.
Creates a staff login for this workspace. They sign in with the email and password you set here. Each company has one registered owner from signup; you cannot add a second owner from this form.

Used on the order page and printouts.
Default comes from your company (region, tax, and owner-level operating currency). Dashboard, POS, and supplier money use this symbol unless you enable a venue override below. Add-on subscriptions stay in USD.
Company region & tax
Set region and currency, then scroll to Tax lines below. Use Add line for each tax your business charges (for example VAT, NHIL, GETFund levy). Rates and names are yours to define — nothing is preset.
Line net = rate applies to cart net only. Compounded = rate applies to net plus all tax amounts from lines above. Up to 5 lines; use “Need more lines?” below if required.
Not government tax — e.g. dine-in service % or packaging. type: percent or fixed; applyOrderTypes: dine_in, online_pickup, online_delivery, pos, kiosk, or *; taxTreatment: exempt or taxed_on_fee.
